Artist's Description

This is the bridge that connects the lower Peninsula of Michigan to the Upper Peninsula. It is HUGE and many artists and photographers paint and photograph it. It is a beautiful bridge and somewhat scary to cross over. I can see it from my home and at nights the lights are amazing. On lucky rare occasions one can witness northern lights over this bridge. This is my only painting of it and I wanted to capture the true turquoise water that is stunning at this location no matter what the season, Originals available at straitsviewfineart.com

I have always been an artist and find myself experimenting with various mediums ... Photography, Painting, sculpture and digital art . It has been a slow and steady love affair for me that involves showing people the world through my eyes....
