This Painting has touches of gold and transparent inks mixed with bright acrylics and high quality paper on top of a stretched canvas. I wanted to coney texture and life with multiple layers of color and mediums. I used cool tones infused with some bright warming colors to show those perfect moments right before the sun begins to set or rise. This is another of my home along the Straits Of Mackinac where the colors are often astonishingly surprising and unexpected. I love the purples and turquoises that I often see and decided to lay those down as well.
