This Painting has transparent inks mixed with bright acrylics. This is another of my series of trees, again along the coastline where the colors are often astonishingly surprising and unexpected. I love the skies where I live that can often fill up with beautiful clouds skirting across the blue background usually carrying lots of color along with them especially right before a storm. I have been reading lately about trees, and forests and how there are communities with mother trees . This painting popped into my head as I imagined this grouping of trees acting like a family to survive.
